LEARNING ORGANIZATION / Kharkiv National University of Economics, Ukraine The methodical approach and the essence of tools which are used for construction and development of selflearning organization are analyzed in the article. The methodological approach includes the following elements: an assessment of current status and prospects of companies in introducing the concept of selflearning organization; analysis of social network; analysis of capabilities of staff to work in a team; an assessment of socionic type of employees; the formation of specific measures and instruments that can provide continuous development and staffs training.
