Yurii Popadiukha, Olga Marchenko, Alla Aleshina. Peculiarities of usage of pneumatic simulators HUR in

physical rehabilitation. The article presents the peculiarities of construction and functioning of modern pneumatic

simulators HUR for rehabilitation and strengthening of locomotive apparatus of a man. The perspectives of usage of

modern pneumatic simulators HUR in physical rehabilitation, for traumas prophylaxis, force trainings, adaptive physical training are defined. Among great amount of technical means for mans physical rehabilitation after traumas and illnesses of locomotive apparatus, an important place is given to specialized rehabilitational simulators among them are pneumatic simulators of a Finnish company HUR Health & Fitness Equipment. Task of a research: to analyse the peculiarities of construction and functioning of modern pneumatic simulators HUR and to estimate the peculiarities of their usage for guaranteeing of physical rehabilitation after illnesses and traumas of locomotive apparatus, adaptive physical culture training. For today HUR presents the most perfect technology of simulators for health improvement, physical rehabilitation, fitness and sport. The basic for these simulators is a unique pneumatic system Natural Transmission (TM) support method that is based on pneumatic technology that helps in muscles training. TM advantages: in comparison with traditional simulators with some load, the unique mechanism TM uses air as support matter for preventing an effect of an additional obstacle such as static load that should be moved at the beginning of moving and stopped at the end. Simulators that are built with equal distribution of support are effective dispite a level of users physical training. Performance of physical exercises on these simulators is more effective on both high and low speed. Lack of load inertia makes usages of such simulators perfect for older people and those who are undergoing rehabilitation, and also for professional athlets. Pneumatic simulators HUR are divided into groups: main group, group of easy access (for people with limited abilities), rehabilitational group, start zones.

Key words: pneumatic simulators, rehabilitation, prophylaxis, health improvement, locomotive apparatus, trauma, disabled person, athlete.
